My name is Paweł Skiba. I work at the intersection of business and systems analysis, solution architecture, and the delivery of complex IT projects.

In my work, I focus on making sure business needs, requirements, and technical decisions form a coherent whole. I'm particularly interested in systems where integrations, collaboration between many components, complex business rules, and the consequences of decisions made early in a project all matter.
